Wills and Probate

A Will is a legal document that sets out your wishes for the distribution of your assets after your death. If you die without a Will, your estate may be divided according to a Government formula – a formula that may not reflect your wishes and which may cause undue hardship, cost and delay for your family.

Your Will is one of the most important documents you will ever sign, so it’s important that you have it prepared by a legal practitioner who is supported by accountants and financial planners with specific expertise and skills in taxation, investment, self managed super funds (SMSF) and Trusts.
